2. Independent Advice
Recommendations are based on the information available at the time and the requirements provided by the client.
While every effort is made to provide accurate and unbiased advice, purchasing or selling a vehicle always involves individual judgement and commercial decisions.
The final decision remains with the client.
3. Vehicle Information
Information provided about vehicles is believed to be accurate based on available sources, inspections and discussions.
However, I cannot guarantee:
the future reliability of any vehicle
manufacturer specifications remaining unchanged
vehicle history that has not been disclosed
mechanical condition beyond any inspection performed
Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate inspections where necessary.
4. Third-Party Services
From time to time I may introduce clients to dealerships, finance providers, insurers, transport companies, detailers, inspectors or other automotive businesses.
These businesses operate independently.
The Auto Advisor Australia is not responsible for:
their products or services
pricing
workmanship
delays
warranties
disputes between clients and third parties
Any agreement entered into with a third party is solely between the client and that provider.
5. Fees
Fees will be discussed and agreed before any paid work begins.
Some services may be provided at no direct cost to the client where a commission or referral arrangement exists with another business.
Where this occurs, any relevant commercial relationship will be disclosed where appropriate.
6. Referral Arrangements
The Auto Advisor Australia may receive referral commissions from selected businesses.
These arrangements do not change the commitment to providing advice that is in the client's best interests.
If a recommended provider is not the right fit, I will say so.

The information on this website is intended as general information only.
It should not be considered financial, legal, taxation or mechanical advice.
Every buyer, seller and vehicle is different, and recommendations may vary depending on individual circumstances.
